THE SILK Head Spa provides an all-encompassing and luxurious experience for the mind, hair, and body

1. Spa Services:

All services booked, purchased, or completed are final and non-refundable. We cannot process refunds based on concerns or results not meeting expectations. Our team is committed to addressing problems and can guide you on post-treatment care or protocols. If needed, a follow-up consultation may be arranged at no additional cost.

2. Promotional and Special Offers:

Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion and any deposits made for service bookings are non-refundable. Please note that any appointment rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice.

3. Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, and Packages:

Gift cards, spa gift certificates, spa packages, and items purchased as part of a sale or special offer are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Depending on availability, some services within spa gift certificates or packages may be exchanged for other services.

4. Products:

Unused and unopened products in their original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

5. Deposit:

A $30 deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment.

6. No Show / Same-Day Cancellations:

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (No Show) or cancellations made on the same day will result in the loss of your deposit.

7. Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.

8. Changes to Policy:

We may update or modify our policies at any time without prior notice.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of the treatment. We cannot address concerns raised after this period.
